Avalon Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. The ideal CNA candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide basic medical care including catheter care and medication administration under supervision. Support patients with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Document patient information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
