Location:
Santa Fe, NM Full-Time | Weekender | Day and Night Shifts Available Starting at $19.00 or higher ( based on experience ) - Plus Night & Weekend Shift Differentials! Who We Are At El Castillo Life Plan Community , we've been serving seniors in Santa Fe with dignity, warmth, and excellence since 1970. Our community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, and intermediate nursing —providing a full continuum of care in a serene and supportive environment. We're seeking compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented CNAs to join our mission-driven care team. What You'll Do As a CNA at El Castillo, you'll support residents in maintaining their dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Taking vital signs and reporting changes in condition Providing support in memory care, assisted living, and nursing units Supporting residents' emotional well-being through positive engagement Communicating effectively with nurses, families, and other team members Following all state and facility regulations for safe and ethical care

Flexible Scheduling:
Full-time (day, evening, night) Paid Time Off; Vacation, Sick Time, and Floating Time. Requirements 2 - 3 years of direct or relatable work experience. Current Nursing Assistant Certification in New Mexico Compassion, patience, and a commitment to resident-centered care Ability to work effectively in a team and follow care plans Must pass a background check Minimum 1 year of bedside experience Preferred But Not Required Experience working with older adults, dementia care, or in long-term care settings Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why El Castillo?
