Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide basic care and support to our residents, under the supervision of our registered nurses and licensed therapists.
Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with ADLs, vital signs, and reporting changes Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, licensed therapists, and other CNAs Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
