Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in a Skilled Nursing facility Active Certifications - BLS or CPR Must have aCOVID-19
vaccination or exemption where applicable.Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation and charting Support infection control and safety procedures Assist with meal setup and hydration monitoring Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Assist with restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed Follow care plans and facility policies/procedures Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families Ensure resident dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times Why Work Per Diem With Us?
