The PACE Organization of Rhode Island is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Day Center team. Reporting to the Senior Day Center Director, you will provide high-quality, personalized services and direct care to our participants based on their individual care plans. This essential role requires expertise in core personal care duties, including bathing, grooming, assisting with meals, and monitoring vitals. This position offers a chance to be an integral part of a collaborative team that works together to help our participants live their best lives. As a vital member of our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you will be a key communicator, reporting regularly on participants' self-care abilities and expressed wishes. Beyond personal care, your responsibilities include providing crucial behavioral supervision and support, assisting with restorative activities, and helping facilitate recreation programs.
