Valid CNA Certification:
Current and unrestricted CNA certification in the state of practice. 2.
Experience:
2 years of CNA experience, 1 year of home health experience (preferred). 3.
Clinical Skills:
Proficient clinical skills and knowledge of home health practices, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, vital sign monitoring, and infection control. 4.
