Sign-On Bonus:

$250 paid after orientation, $250 added to your first paycheck, and $500 added to each of your next 3 paychecks. Shift workflow centers on answering call lights and completing personal care routines. You coordinate directly with floor nurses to keep resident care moving steadily. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing and grooming Help transfer and position residents safely throughout the shift Take vital signs and report condition changes to the charge nurse Support meal service and monitor dietary intake

12-Hour Shifts (6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM)
