We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents in our Weathersfield, Vermont location. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support to our patients and residents, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment.Responsibilities:
Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient and resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality Participate in education and training programs to improve skills and knowledgeRequirements:
Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of Vermont High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and residents with assistance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyWhat We Offer:
