Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC Shift team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional overnight care in a resident-focused environment. What You'll Do As a CNA on our night shift, you'll help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, repositioning, mobility, and personal care Providing comfort, safety, and compassionate overnight care Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members Accurately documenting resident care Helping maintain a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment
Schedule NOC Shift:
