Certified Nursing Assistant in the Nursing & Rehab Center (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Hours & Shift:
Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE Day shift position, will work a weekend and a holiday rotation
Role Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to provide general nursing assistant services Will assist as needed in direct patient care and observe patient for specified changes in conditions Will provide assistance in activities of daily living which include personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility/ambulation, maintenance of environment and patient safety Monitor ongoing resident status related to ability to follow the treatment regimen as designed and notify the nurse of resident inability or refusal to follow treatment regimen Will work under the direction of the nurse in charge
Qualifications:
Requires a Nursing Assistant certification and to be listed as active on both the State of Wisconsin and Federal Registries CPR completion preferred- will need to be obtained upon hire Prior nursing assistant experiences are preferred but not required Outstanding verbal and written communications Prior electronic medical record knowledge is beneficial

August 4th, 2026 Employment Bonus Eligible! Note that this position has a $3,000.00 Employment Bonus associated with it for candidates that are hired. A $1,000.00 bonus payment will be made at 3 months of employment, a $1,000 bonus payment after 6 months of employment and a final $1,000 bonus payment after 1 year of employment! This Employment Bonus will be paid for any eligible position of a .5 FTE status or greater.
