Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will also be responsible for supervising professional personnel, assisting with staff development, and promoting a positive work environment. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field Current licensure as a nursing home administrator in the State of Ohio Knowledgeable of nursing, rehabilitative, and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing facilities Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, evaluate, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a resource person Ability to perform mathematical functions and evaluate and interpret financial information Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm under stress Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively with residents, families, personnel, and support agencies Must have exceptional customer service skills and be in good standing with facility attendance policy Must meet all in-service requirements for the positionWhat We Offer:
