We are seeking an experienced and dependable Per Diem Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. The RN Supervisor oversees facility nursing operations during the assigned shift, supports charge nurses and CNAs, and ensures residents receive safe, timely, and high-quality care. This position requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, organization, and the ability to manage staff and respond confidently to changing situations.
