The Osborn, a nationally recognized senior living community in Rye, NY, is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. With over 100 years of excellence in elder care, The Osborn offers a collaborative, resident-centered environment where your leadership makes a lasting difference.
Position Summary:
As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical care operations during your assigned shift, ensuring high-quality nursing care and regulatory compliance. You'll lead and support nursing staff, respond to resident needs, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness and dignity for every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct clinical staff to ensure quality care delivery Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot guidance and support Assist in training and onboarding new team members Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, nursing procedures, and facility policies Act as the clinical point of contact for emergencies during your shift
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Registered Nurse license (in good standing) 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience highly desirable Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency Why Work at The Osborn?
