In this vital role, you will oversee the daily management of nursery activities, ensuring healthy plant growth, maintain and clean, neat and serviceable Greenhouse and nursery. • hours could range from 30 hours a week to at times north of 40 hours a week

Duties Manage and coordinate all nursery operations, including crop production, greenhouse cultivation, and outdoor gardening Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and safety standards across all activities Oversee irrigation systems and agricultural environmental control systems to optimize water use and plant health Help retail and commercial customers as needed with recommendations, guidance or suggestions on their project(s) Conduct plant identification, pruning, garden trimming, lawn care, and crop pest control to maintain healthy growth environments Ensure proper use of hand tools and heavy lifting techniques for safe handling of plants and materials Collaborate with staff on outdoor work projects such as land clearing, landscaping design, and greenhouse setup Extensive knowledge of horticulture principles including greenhouse cultivation and outdoor gardening Join us as a Nursery Manager if you're passionate about cultivating beautiful landscapes and thriving crops..
