Overview Ma Lié Thai Dining in South Kingstown is hiring a reliable and organized Expo/Takeout Packer. This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future. A staff meal is included during each shift. Wages depend on experience. The main responsibility is to ensure every dine-in, takeout and delivery order is complete, accurate, presentable and ready on time. Responsibilities:

• Read and organize order tickets
• Coordinate order timing with the kitchen
• Check orders for the correct dishes, proteins, rice, spice levels, allergies and special requests
• Check food presentation before orders leave the kitchen
• Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately and securely
• Include the correct sauces, rice, utensils and accompaniments
• Organize completed orders at the expo station
• Call customer names or order numbers when orders are ready
• Deliver food to tables when needed
• Immediately report missing or incorrect items to the kitchen
• Ensure the side jobs, preparation and restocking are more than enough.

• Able to follow food-allergy and special-request instructions carefully
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Evening and weekend availability
