Responsibilities include:

Leading the day-to-day clinical operations of the branch Managing a census comprised of home health and private duty patients Supervising scheduling, staffing, and care coordination activities Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, evaluating, and developing clinical staff Supporting employee engagement and administering performance improvement when needed Ensuring individualized patient care plans are developed, implemented, and updated Reviewing clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with agency policies and state and federal regulations Implementing and monitoring the Agency Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program Performing on-site patient visits as needed for admissions, reassessments, and quality assurance Overseeing aide competency evaluations and ongoing staff education Monitoring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable state regulations Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate patient care Qualifications Required Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Minimum of two years of home health or private duty experience Minimum of one year of clinical management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and state and federal healthcare regulations Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team Benefits Volunteer Home Care offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-paid life insurance Supplemental life, disability, cancer, and accident insurance Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Why Volunteer Home Care?
