Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students' growth in a vibrant educational setting! Two contract positions are available for passionate Occupational Therapists to provide services across four schools. This assignment is ideal for therapists dedicated to fostering student success through individualized and group interventions.

Role Details:

Start date as soon as possible, extending through June 10 Serve a caseload of approximately 50-60 students per position Deliver occupational therapy services in varied formats: individual sessions, small groups, and push-in support Frequency and duration guided by student IEPs (30 minutes per week, twice monthly, or monthly as needed) Work on-site from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, collaborating with school teams to achieve student goals

Qualifications:

Active Alabama Occupational Therapy certification/licensure required (proof of credentials needed) Experience providing OT services within school settings strongly preferred Ability to adapt therapy methods to fit individual and group student needs Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for diverse student populations
