Stamford, CT Long Ridge Civita Care Center Pay Range:

$42-$46/hour | Full-Time Post Rehab is adding an Occupational Therapist (OT) to our in-house rehab team. This role focuses on restoring independence and improving everyday function for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Position Summary:

You'll work directly with residents to improve their ability to complete daily tasks, regain confidence, and safely return to their highest level of function. This is a hands-on role where your clinical judgment and creativity make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional assessments related to self-care, cognition, and mobility Build and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress Guide residents through therapy focused on real-life activities Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment Maintain clear, compliant documentation Communicate regularly with rehab and nursing teams

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
