As an experienced Occupational Therapist, youll play a key role helping children develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially. Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state OT license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a pediatric or school environment is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to implement individualized interventions to support students functional performance

Core Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a diverse student population Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance students educational experiences Provide education and support to staff and parents regarding students therapeutic needs Ensure compliance with IEP goals, state regulations, and professional best practices
