Key Qualifications:

Active OT license, eligible to practice in the state Experience in school-based settings, with familiarity in both healthcare and home health OT especially valued OTR preferred; COTAs encouraged to apply based on experience Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams Adaptable to a variety of educational environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students identified with varying needs Develop and implement IEP goals, document progress, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategies and modifications to enhance student participation Adapt interventions for a range of age groups from elementary through high school Facilitate student independence and support access to the educational environment
