Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license for the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload and work independently as well as within a team

Responsibilities & Duties:

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through high school Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educational staff and families Support students in achieving their academic and functional goals within the school environment Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to school and state guidelines
