A school district in the North Minneapolis area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time school-based opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support high school students across multiple campuses while working within a collaborative and student-focused educational environment. The selected candidate will partner with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to help students strengthen the skills needed for academic participation, independence, and success in the school setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services according to student IEP goals and individualized needs Conduct evaluations and contribute to assessment processes as appropriate Develop and implement intervention plans to support student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes Address areas such as fine motor development, sensory needs, functional skills, and participation in school activities Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Why Apply?
