Active Minnesota teaching license in

Special Education:

Developmental Cognitive Disabilities Experience working in specialized, center-based environments strongly preferred Ability to adapt instruction and develop individualized education plans for unique student needs Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, individualized instruction to students with developmental cognitive disabilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with customized IEP goals Monitor student progress, adjusting instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate closely with support staff, service providers, and parents to ensure comprehensive support Create a structured, supportive classroom setting that promotes engagement and growth
