We have three contract positions available: two full-time roles for the entire academic year and one long-term substitute opportunity for the first several months (exact dates to be announced). Each position offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, working within a single building, supporting a caseload of 2040 students in specialized settings.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred Strong communication skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to inclusive educational practices and student development Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet a wide range of student needs Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students IEP goals Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Document therapy sessions and student progress clearly and efficiently Conduct services primarily in a dedicated educational setting, ensuring continuity of care Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional development activities Youll find yourself making a real difference in students lives in a structured, supportive environment, working alongside dedicated professionals in one central location.
