Not Required Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the therapy team at Brookhaven in Brookville, Ohio. The Occupational Therapist will provide quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve their functional independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established plans of care. Help patients improve mobility, daily living skills, strength, coordination, and independence. Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Requirements Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio. Appropriate education and credentials required to practice as an Occupational Therapist. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Prior travel experience is not required . Both local and travel candidates are welcome to apply.Contract Details Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 40 hours, based on applicable multiplier.Compensation:
Listed bill rate is intended for candidates who meet all preferred qualifications. Candidates with less experience or who do not fully meet the preferred criteria may be considered at a lower rate.
