Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current, active Occupational Therapy license Background or experience in school-based, home health, general healthcare, or teletherapy OT services is preferred Strong commitment to providing individualized, student-centered therapy Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families Well-organized and reliable, able to manage documentation and scheduling for a small caseload Experience with K-8th grade students is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to 4 students, helping them achieve educational and functional goals Provide required compensatory services and document progress thoroughly Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams to tailor interventions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all required documentation Adapt therapy techniques to a variety of settings, including in-person and virtual/teletherapy as needed
