This full-time opening runs approximately from December 14th, 2026, to March 15th, 2027, and focuses on two elementary school settings. As an Occupational Therapist, youll work closely with a diverse caseload of about 60 young learners, fostering their growth through targeted interventions and collaboration with educational teams.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license issued by the State of South Carolina Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals Ability to manage a dynamic caseload while prioritizing individualized student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver assessments, develop goal-driven therapy plans, and provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students Document student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records to support learning objectives and compliance requirements Contribute to the creation and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in meetings as part of each student's support team Implement evidence-based practices to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional skills in the educational environment Partner with educators, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes across classroom and school activities This role invites you to make a tangible difference in students daily school experiences, nurturing vital skills for their academic and personal success.
