Occupational Therapists Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy interventions according to students' IEPs and the supervising OT's direction Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with the educational team Work flexibly across multiple sites, meeting the needs of students throughout the district Support students in developing functional skills to increase independence and classroom participation Collaborate with school staff to create and maintain accessible learning environments
