Our team includes experienced and compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists specializing in senior care. We offer rehabilitation, pain management, and cognitive and speech therapy. Our priority is the comfort and well-being of our clients, and we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services at an assisted living facility in Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

Net Health Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy interventions delegated by and under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Carry out individualized intervention plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and report changes, concerns, or the need for reevaluation to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license. ActiveNBCOT COTA
certification in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while following required Occupational Therapist supervision. Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred. Why Join Oasis?
