Duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that has strong customer service and multi tasking skills. Daily tasks would include, but not limited to:

• Navigating patients, appointments, and orders through an EMR system.
• Verify, understand and apply insurance co pays for exam and materials.
• Fit frames, discuss lens options, and dispense glasses.
• Frame adjustments and repairs
• Perform OCT scans, IOPs, Fundus photos, Visual Field testing, Blephex cleanings, and IPL treatments.

Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am to 6pm. With the ability to help cover Saturdays as needed. HS diploma/GED is required.
