Our busy optometry practice is seeking an Optometric assistant to help us give patients a 5-star experience every time they're here. This opportunity is offering you a full-time position in healthcare! What you'll be doing as a V EYE P team member: As a member of our work family, you'll be handling a lot of the important work that goes on to set the doctor and the patient up for success.

Experience Needed:

Prior eyecare experience is necessary for this position. We are seeking the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning! Some of your duties will include:

• Coordinate appointment scheduling, including pre-appointments, online requests, and recall management
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance, confidentiality, and accurate documentation
• General administrative tasks.
• Scheduling patients for appointments and optimizing the schedule.
• Assiting the Dr in providing eye care to patients
• Preparing patients by obtaining medical history and doing pre-exam measurements such as autorefraction, optomap, OCTs, visual fields etc
• Keeping the office looking clean, neat and welcoming Skills required
