Small boutique optometry office, located in beautiful Lago Vista, is looking for a full-time employee who exhibits very strong customer service skills, is extremely detail-oriented, is able to multi-task, is proficient in computer skills and excels in sales. Experience is definitely a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate. Duties include (but not limited to): Performing preliminary tests on patients as part of their exam. Verifying insurance and helping patients understand their insurance coverage on exam, frame and lenses. Answering the phone and scheduling appointments when needed. Dispensing glasses and adjusting frames for patient's comfort. Repairing of glasses. There will be cross-training as we are a small office. As they say, teamwork makes the dream work!
