Our San Clemente location serves a discerning coastal clientele and focuses on curated independent eyewear brands, premium lenses, personalized styling, and elevated customer experience. We are looking for someone who combines strong optical knowledge with luxury-level hospitality, professionalism, and leadership qualities. This role has strong long-term growth potential within our expanding California luxury optical group. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional luxury-level customer service Assist clients with premium frame styling and lens recommendations Build strong long-term client relationships Handle fittings, adjustments, troubleshooting, and optical order management Support inventory organization and merchandising Assist with workflow management and daily operations Coordinate closely with independent optometrists and lab partners Help maintain an elevated showroom presentation and atmosphere Ideal Candidate Experienced Optician or Lead Optician Strong sales and styling ability Fashion-forward and detail-oriented Organized and self-motivated Warm, polished, professional demeanor Comfortable working independently in a boutique environment
