Strive Health Services, LLC is a family owned and operated homecare agency located in Dallas, Texas. With a focus in providing Pediatric Therapies and Private Duty Nursing. Strive employs Speech and Language Pathologists, Physical and Occupational Therapists as well as Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work one on one with patients of all ages and medical needs. Strive is currently hiring a Market Liaison to join our growing business. The Market Liaison serves as the primary community-facing representative for assigned business lines in a geographic area or office location. This role is responsible for building strong referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and educating healthcare professionals, families, and the community about our services. The Market Liaison will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leadership to support growth and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.

JOB DUTIES/KNOWLEDGE

Plans and conducts community awareness activities, meeting and interactions which inform physicians, health care workers, and patients (current and prospective) of agency programs and capabilities. Educate referral partners, families, and the community on the benefits of private duty nursing and therapy, including pediatric and adult services. Develop and execute territory-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership. Provide presentations, informational materials, and in-services to healthcare providers and community partners. Speaks effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company services, payer sources, and care models. Work closely with the intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral transitions and high-quality customer service. Prepares community relation activity reports as directed by Strive Leadership. Attends community business functions to gain exposure for the agency. Stays abreast of referral trends. Understands variables in markets and can recognize new trends to quickly adjust strategy. Identifies self-learning needs and utilizes educational programs to assist in learning. Contributes to and participates in team and individual efforts to improve the quality of service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) Previous experience in healthcare industry such as, Marketing and Business Development in healthcare setting: 1 year (preferred) Self-Starter Excellent Communication Skills Knowledge of pediatric home health services Ability to work as a team as well as independently
