Job Description

In-Home Personal Trainer Valley In-Home Training Valley In-Home Training is looking for an experienced personal trainer who wants to build a long-term career around what great coaches do best: working with clients. We provide premium, one-on-one personal training in our clients' homes throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia. We work with an upscale clientele and provide a concierge-level service, so our clients expect excellent coaching, but just as importantly, they expect professionalism, reliability, warmth, and a genuinely high level of service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in becoming a trusted part of a client's routine and enjoys building relationships with the same clients week after week. What the Role Looks Like Your primary responsibility is simple: show up prepared and deliver an exceptional training experience. We handle the parts of personal training that often pull coaches away from coaching. We provide your clients. No sales required! There is no prospecting, cold calling sales, or outbound marketing. We create the training programs for you. We provide the equipment you need. You focus on coaching, client relationships, and delivering a consistently great experience. You'll travel to clients' homes for their scheduled sessions and work primarily one-on-one with adults who value a highly personalized, concierge-level service. You'll also have meaningful control over your day. We require reasonable availability during the hours our clients typically train, but you'll manage scheduling directly with your clients within those parameters. We care much more about reliability and taking great care of your clients than micromanaging your calendar. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who sees personal training as a profession and wants a role they can grow into and stay in for the long term. The right person is dependable, personable, organized, and comfortable working independently. You should enjoy getting to know your clients and understand that little things matter when you're providing a premium service. We'd especially like to meet coaches with: Professional personal training experience A background in strength and conditioning A degree or education in exercise science, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, or a related field Experience working with EXOS or within an EXOS training system CSCS is a major plus Experience coaching adults one-on-one Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent reliability and professionalism The ability to work independently without needing constant supervision EXOS experience is a major plus. Our Standard Valley In-Home Training is built around a high level of hospitality. We want clients to feel that their trainer knows them, cares about them, and can be counted on. Technical knowledge matters, but the way you make people feel matters just as much. If you're an experienced coach who loves training, enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients, and wants a career where you can focus on coaching instead of constantly selling, we'd love to hear from you.
