Job Description

We're a top-rated, in-demand personal training company (4.9 stars on Thumbtack), specializing in premium in-home and private gym sessions across the Bay Area. Our business is thriving with a strong referral network, consistent client pipeline, and a reputation for delivering elite-level results in a supportive and professional setting. We are expanding our team and looking for a top-tier personal trainer who is polished, experienced, and passionate about health, performance, and client care. Elite Fitness is a results-driven private personal training group looking for a hardworking, self-motivated trainer who holds themselves and their clients to a high standard. This is not a hand-holding environment. We want someone who shows up with energy, takes ownership, and gets results. This is a hands-on role that blends personal training with administrative work. You'll start by learning our systems and processes, then train directly under our head trainer before taking on clients. This role is built for someone who welcomes feedback, learns fast, and doesn't take constructive criticism personally. You'll be mentored directly by our lead trainer with the expectation of showing up ready to grow, bringing a no excuses mindset, staying open to being coached, and trusting the process. If you thrive on accountability, love the grind, and are passionate about fitness, we want to hear from you. What to Expect You'll begin by learning our administrative systems and client processes. From there you'll shadow and train directly under Josh, Elite Fitness Training's lead trainer. As you grow into the role, you'll begin taking on your own clients under the Elite Fitness Training system. We don't want someone punching the clock. We want a trainer who's hungry, coachable, and genuinely invested in the people they work with. If that's you, we'd love for you to be a part of our team so please apply.
