Role:
As a CycleStar Class Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-energy, engaging indoor cycling classes that motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals. Your primary objective is to create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment where riders of all levels feel challenged and supported. You will design and lead structured workouts that combine cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and rhythm-based cycling techniques to maximize participant performance and enjoyment. Additionally, you will monitor class progress, provide personalized feedback, and foster a community atmosphere that encourages regular attendance and long-term commitment. Your contribution will directly impact the health and wellness of our clients, promoting a positive lifestyle through expert instruction and enthusiastic leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading group fitness or cycling classes. Strong knowledge of indoor cycling techniques, safety protocols, and fitness principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage participants. Ability to perform physical activities required for demonstrating cycling techniques and leading high-intensity workouts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in personal training, nutrition, or related fitness disciplines. Experience with music programming and the ability to synchronize workouts with music. Background in coaching or sports science to enhance class design and participant outcomes. Familiarity with fitness tracking technology and software. Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Lead indoor cycling classes with clear, motivating instruction and demonstrate proper cycling techniques. Develop and implement varied workout routines tailored to different fitness levels and goals. Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring form, adjusting equipment, and managing class flow. Engage with participants before, during, and after classes to provide encouragement, answer questions, and build rapport. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cycling studio and equipment. Stay current with industry trends, fitness methodologies, and certification requirements to continuously improve class quality. Track attendance and participant progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
