Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. This role involves delivering fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs, fostering a motivating environment, and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiology, anatomy, and program design, with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles through effective instruction and personalized training. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions based on clients' goals, abilities, and health status. Lead group fitness classes and motivate participants and ensure proper technique. Assess clients' fitness levels through evaluations and provide ongoing progress tracking. Educate clients on body mechanics, proper exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain a safe workout environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring equipment is properly used and maintained. Stay current with industry developments by participating in continuing education opportunities related to sports coaching, physical education, and fitness trends. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe and effective exercise programs. Proven experience in personal training with the ability to tailor programs to individual needs. Expertise in group fitness instruction with excellent teaching skills to engage diverse participant groups. Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques while motivating clients of all fitness levels. Excellent communication skills for instructing classes clearly and providing personalized feedback during training sessions. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals through professional guidance. $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
