This role offers a strong clinical focus, no retail environment, and the opportunity for hybrid flexibility after the initial contract period. Responsibilities Conduct clinical medication reviews and patient counseling Verify prescriptions and support therapy onboarding Collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize outcomes Ensure accurate, compliant documentation Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacist License 2+ years of pharmacist experience MTM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred Why Join?
