Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An outpatient/ambulatory infusion pharmacist position is available on a 13-week contract starting 9/28. This role focuses on supporting oncology and infusion patients through order review, dispensing, and verification of hazardous and non-hazardous medications.
Shift:
8:00 AM to 3:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for infusion therapies, ensuring accuracy and patient safety Dispense hazardous and non-hazardous medications, particularly related to oncology treatments Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and therapy outcomes Utilize EMR system (EPIC) for documentation and medication management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience required Experience with chemotherapy regimens is a strong plus Valid Colorado pharmacy license in good standing Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
