•IV Certified Job Type Contract An outpatient infusion pharmacist role is available at a leading hospital's ambulatory division, supporting oncology and infusion patients through precise medication management.

Responsibilities:
Review, dispense, and verify hazardous and non-hazardous medication orders for infusion and oncology patients Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols using
EPIC EMR
system Support outpatient pharmacy services in the ambulatory care setting
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion pharmacy; chemotherapy experience is a strong plus IV certification required Valid and current Colorado pharmacist license in good standing Familiarity with hospital inpatient pharmacy and ambulatory infusion practices Proficient in EPIC EMR or similar electronic health record systems This role is ideal for pharmacists with a strong background in infusion and oncology medication handling who want to work in a dynamic hospital outpatient environment.
