Full-time, 8-10 Hour Shifts, 35-40 hours a week We are seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant to support our thriving functional medicine and aesthetic teams. In this role, you'll assist providers in treatments such as HRT, regenerative medicine, and medical weight loss, among others. You'll ensure smooth communication between patients and team members, maintain a sterile and organized environment, and uphold our high standards of care. This position is ideal for someone who is independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient wellness and ongoing education.
Daily Job Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on supporting functional medicine services, including supporting providers with, but not limited to:
Hormone Optimization Hormone Pellet Placement Thyroid Optimization & Thyroid Function Support Adrenal Functional Support MEdical Weight Loss Programs Hair Loss Treatment Gut Health Optimization Allergy Testing Regenerative Joint Injections Comprehensive Blood Work Coordination Medical Cannabis Support & Documentation Additional Responsibilities Include:
Manage patient communication: pre-care reminders, post-care follow-up, and education Manage supplements and prescriptions Maintain accurate and timely patient notes Prepare for each day by arriving 30 minutes early Check patients in and out; manage encounters, and VIP program credits Manage patient scheduling, ensure proper treatment time allocation Maintain photo documentation and ensure proper patient consent and storage Support supply management, inventory checks, and daily stock maintenance Adhere to all clinic protocols, morning/evening checklists, and cleanliness standards Attend all team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education events Collaborate on marketing, social media content, and promotional event

Qualifications & Requirements:
