You will work with 40-minute appointments , a diverse outpatient caseload, and a highly experienced clinical team with backgrounds across orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, pelvic health, vestibular therapy, Parkinson's disease, balance conditions, sports rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness. You will have the freedom to use your clinical judgment and adjust treatment based on the patient in front of you, rather than feeling pressured to move people through a predetermined system. A Flexible Schedule That Fits Your Life Choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days , with scheduling options generally available between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We believe excellent clinicians should be able to build rewarding careers without giving up their personal lives. Mentorship That Meets You Where You Are New graduates receive a reduced initial caseload, structured coaching, and hands-on support as they build confidence and transition into independent practice. You will not be expected to manage a full schedule before you are ready. Experienced Physical Therapists will have opportunities to collaborate with seasoned clinicians, expand their specialty skills, and contribute their own knowledge and perspective to the team. What You Will Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-informed treatment based on each patient's goals and condition Treat a diverse outpatient caseload involving orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, pelvic health, and sports-related conditions Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and functional training Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on response Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients about their condition, recovery, and long-term wellness Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, trainers, and support staff Build strong relationships with patients and the San Clemente community Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative clinic culture What We Are Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care Desire to continue learning and developing clinically Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply We are unable to provide employment sponsorship at this time.
