Neuro Robotics Rehab Center is seeking a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary neurorehabilitation team. We specialize in the rehabilitation of individuals with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and other complex neurological conditions. This is an opportunity for a PT who wants to learn, grow, think differently, and practice at the forefront of neurological rehabilitation. The therapist is. Our technology is used to support skilled clinical reasoning and evidence-informed principles including task-specific training, motor learning, high-repetition practice, progressive mobility, gait training, balance, strengthening, and functional recovery. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized, goal-directed plans of care Provide skilled neurological physical therapy interventions Integrate robotics and rehabilitation technology when clinically appropriate Address gait, balance, mobility, motor control, strength, endurance, transfers, and functional independence Measure progress and adjust interventions based on patient response Collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate Help shape clinical programming as our center continues to grow
Who We're Looking For Required:
Active Florida Physical Therapist license Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Passion for patient-centered, evidence-informed rehabilitation Preferred, but not required: Neurological rehabilitation experience Experience treating stroke, SCI, TBI, Parkinson's disease, MS, or other neurological conditions Experience with gait training, FES, body-weight support, or rehabilitation technology Never Worked With Robotics? That's okay. We aren't only looking for someone who already knows the technology. We're looking for an excellent Physical Therapist who is curious, motivated, coachable, and excited to develop expertise in advanced neurological rehabilitation.
