Auto Technician - Join a Team That Values Skill & Precision! We are seeking a skilled and dependable Auto Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring vehicles operate with maximum reliability and functionality. To make sure it's the right fit for both of us, this position includes a one‑week paid working interview. You'll get to experience our workflow, meet the team, and show your skills — all while being paid for your time. Responsibilities This role involves performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Conduct complex repairs on powertrain systems, electrical systems, and vehicle alignment Repair or replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools effectively Interpret vehicle service manuals and schematics to accurately troubleshoot problems Perform auto body repairs when necessary and ensure vehicles meet safety standards Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs needed and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications ASE Certification (or equivalent) is required for this position The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance, with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with ADAS technology, vehicle diagnostics software, and the ability to read schematics Ability to safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service This position offers an engaging work environment where technical skills are valued, and continued learning is encouraged Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
