The Ambassador is a 46 bed facility located in Sidney, Iowa. Just 15 minutes from Shenandoah and Nebraska City, the facility is a quick trip for local communities. The Physical Therapist (PT) assesses the need for, develops, and delivers physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation within Ambassador Health. They identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of patients. The PT implements individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Additionally, they instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in essential skills to promote independence and productivity. The PT also directs activities that promote and maintain health.
