This contract opportunity is designed for a Physical Therapist seeking part-time flexibilitywork just one day a week while still experiencing the fulfillment of supporting students on their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to middle and high school students, tailoring treatment plans to each student's unique needs Assess, document, and monitor student progress within IEP guidelines and school protocols Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and safety Contribute to the development and periodic review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications as necessary Maintain accurate records and timely reports in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois Prior experience in a school setting or pediatric population preferred Strong communication skills for working with students, school staff, and families Ability to manage a diverse caseload with effective organization and time management Comfort working independently and as part of an educational team
