Qualifications and Experience:

Possession of a current Illinois Physical Therapist license Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong understanding of school PT practices, protocols, and documentation Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Commitment to fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive space for all students

Key Responsibilities:
