We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve a vibrant elementary caseload for the full academic year, starting as soon as possible. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with young learners, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their individual goals.

Key Qualifications:

Valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant Experience working with children in an educational or pediatric setting is highly preferred Foundations in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to school-aged children Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Assess students physical abilities and develop intervention plans to help meet educational and developmental milestones Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and legal requirements Offer consultative support and training to school staff on physical access and safety for students
