This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a rewarding position serving patients in a community-focused setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. Track patient progress and modify treatment plans.
